Salsa Tolomei's journey begins on the street of the same name in a small town near Padua, where a group of friends begin to cultivate and transform many varieties of chili peppers, among the hottest at the world.
Lovers of appetizers and with a desire to create something
of particular, they find in spiciness a source of
ideas and flavors, leading them in search of the perfect cultivar
to go with their sauces.
