A unique cream, refined light and delicate. In combination we chose an equally unique chili pepper, Fatalii, having a light citrusy flavor profile. In this case, the flavor of the artichoke is predominant over the spiciness of the chili pepper.
Pairings
Cream with an unmistakable artichoke flavor, ideal for aperitifs on warm bread croutons or bruschetta, or for meat-based main courses. We find it amazing with hard-boiled egg, mortazza or in combination with aged cheeses. The delicacy of Fatalii gives way to the sweetness of the artichoke while maintaining its unmistakable flavor.
