This seasoning represents the perfect meeting of the sweetness of bell peppers and the extreme spiciness of moruga scorpion. At first, hints of smoked vegetables, garlic, and the creaminess of eggplant are perceived, until they disappear to give way to the fire of chili.
Pairings
A great summer classic. We find it in appetizers along with pork rind chips, slightly charred on the outside, but soft and mouthwatering on the inside.
The perfect combo is found paired with gordi sandwiches with tuna, sausage or hamburgers. A must in a mixed grill or to valoize the usual boring baked potatoes.
